Local Realtors® participated in the Bundle Up Blitz, donating new and gently used coats, sweaters, blankets, boots, tents, and other warm clothing items to two local ministries that help the less fortunate in our community: Gather, and White Pass School District.
The Lewis County Association of Realtors® was honored to lead this effort. Thanks to all who participated and contributed.
It’s that time of year again–the election of LCAR Board members, which takes place at the annual BBQ meeting:

Pursuant to Article XI – Officers and Directors, Section 4 of the Association’s By-laws, the report of the Nominating Committee was or will be mailed to each Member eligible to vote at least three (3) weeks preceding the election.
Additional candidates for the offices to be filled may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least one REALTOR® Member eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed with the Secretary at least two (2) weeks before the election. The Secretary shall send notice of such additional nominations to all Members eligible to vote before the election.
The election of Officers and Directors shall take place at the annual meeting. Election shall be by ballot and all votes shall be cast in person. The ballot shall contain the names of all candidates and the offices for which they are nominated.
